Hydraulik_Rechen
Based on the given hydraulic data's we make the planning and construe. The most important parts and machines for the hydraulic calculations are the channels, main sewers, pumping pits for centrifugal and screw pumps and inlet structures with the mechanical cleaning.
By the contrary requirement in the channels and sewers, by needing a high velocity at different quantity, and on the other hand in the machines, by needing a low velocity, we getting problems shown by sand and solid material in the channels up to and in the machines. By a high velocity in screens and fine screens we get problems with the screenings and particularly with the filigree screenings and this changed the whole plant conduct in the water- and sludge area.
By this much more cleaning of the channels, sewers, tanks and / or digesters are needed by personal or suction trucks and much more maintenance expenditure and maintenance parts are needed and in this the costs are going up.
